Flood situation: Why are you neglecting to deal with natural disasters?

At this time, our country has suffered from flood disasters.

Hundreds of candles of life have gone out. Thousands of animals have slept in the sleep of helplessness.

Many hectares of agricultural crops have been destroyed. People are struggling for life and death amidst the merciless rails of water.

Many an innocent little flower has withered. Their surviving helpless parents are pleading that "Lord" save everyone from such helplessness.

For those who lost their property, home and even pieces of their liver, the doomsday has already arrived.

A flood can be defined as an indiscriminate, rapid or merciless flow of water.

Floods can devastate agricultural areas and surrounding crops, other animate and inanimate property, and rural and urban populations.

Different regions around the world are facing natural disasters like floods due to climate change due to 'global warming'.

This problem may intensify in the coming days. Pakistan, including its neighboring countries China, India,

Afghanistan, even Bangladesh and others have been facing this situation in the past years. Various regions of North America and Europe have also suffered from flooding.

In such a situation all over the world. Evacuating people to safe places is the first priority of the government.

There is evidence that people have been affected by floods even in ancient times.

Since ancient times, water has been a big challenge for humans.

However, the human brain must have discovered new ways to reduce its damage.

Humans have built water reservoirs that not only control flood water It helped to, but also alleviated the water scarcity to some extent. In ancient times, there were many natural reservoirs and water channels. which worked according to the flow of water.

With the increasing human population, the needs also increased.

Humans built canals, canals, barrages and dams to use water and control its flow.

All over the world.

The guiding principle to avoid water disasters is to divide it into different branches and divide its flow. This makes the water reach remote areas, and the flow of water is also controllable.

Pakistan has a large canal system built by the British in the 19th century.

Pakistan also has a number of rivers, dams, dams, barrages, canals and connecting canals. which are the guarantee of agricultural survival in Pakistan. They also help in reducing the severity of floods.

Since most of the country is in the grip of floods. And there are demands on various forums that, "build a dam and prevent floods" etc. In fact! Our country is economically weak. In this way, building large dams and creating new channels for their water discharge is a difficult and expensive task. is also faced, which will gradually increase in the coming days.

Forget this need for a few moments and think that in the flood situation we and our government have been able to fulfill the options or possibilities that were at our disposal. I think every intelligent person will answer it in the negative. Why?

 That we couldn't do that.

Has any of our organizations delivered timely information to flood-affected areas that there is danger here?

Did our administration evacuate the affected areas in time?

Were the people brought to safe places in time? Did the administration assist the people in migrating?

Were our relevant institutions aware of the flood situation in advance? If so, what were the pre-arrangements?

Previously evacuated, where extreme flood risks existed? Were drainage repairs completed prior to the rainy season? Were the embankments strong?

Are the canals cleaned every year before the rainy season?

Does the flow of the canals not affected by the sand and mud washed away by floods? ,

advisors, and MNAs, MPs are busy protecting the lands?

Are the government and government officials and politicians only for photo sessions?

Whose job is it to timely rescue the people trapped in floods?

Is it necessary to sit on helicopters or airplanes for aerial inspection or to rescue people?

Whose job is the repair? Who will answer them?

Is there a leader who can answer these questions?

Who should also account for his own negligence and that of the institutions?

Are the government institutions, government officials just for show?

With the help of many government friends, are we making our sustenance halal? There are many more questions that every conscious citizen should ask.

 Taking birth in Zahn.

We could have saved many lives and other losses by using our powers properly. Our negligence has made the natural calamity a major tragedy.

National Disaster Management, Provincial Disaster Management, Meteorological Department, District Administration, Irrigation Department, Ng. Oza and other local administrations and related institutions should perform in real sense instead of showing their performance on social media and WhatsApp.

Natural disasters happen to different nations. But conscious nations abandon pretense on such occasions and work to help and restore the victims in time. But alas!

We and our institutions wake up when the water has passed over the head.

Who will solve the life and property of helpless people? Who?
